TipThe Barcode Range Print lets you print barcodes for a number of items simultaneously. You can search the items by specifying a search range in the Barcode Range Print section, and print barcodes of the items displayed.
Tip
To view the Barcode Range Print page, click the Barcode Range Print link.
1. Click the Inventory module.
2. In the Actions section, click Barcode Utilities.
3. In the Barcode Range Print section, specify the following search parameters in a range:
o In the Storeroom From and To list, select the item storerooms.
o In the Item Category From and To list, select the item categories.
o In the Bin Location From and To list, select the bin locations.
o In the Item Type From and To list, select the item types.
o In the Item Number box, type the item number that you want to search.
o Select the Exact Match check box if you are sure that you have entered the correct text in the Item Number box.
o Select the Include Closed and Obsolete Item check box to view the items that are closed or are made obsolete.
4. Click Search Item.
The Search Results grid displays the items searched based on the specified search parameters.

Note: · To select or clear all the search results, click the Select/Deselect All link. · To manually select or clear each search result, click the check box next to the search result. |
5. After selecting the items, type the number of barcodes that you want to generate for each item in the Print Quantity box next to each item record.

Note: By default, the Print Quantity box displays the available quantity of the item. You can modify the quantity to the number of barcodes you want to generate. Also, if the value in Print Quantity box is zero, no barcode is generated for the item. |
6. Click the Print Selected link.
7. In the Preview dialog box, select Print.
The print dialog box specific to your computer is displayed to perform the print operation.
