Unlocking User Account

The FASTER Web user must log in to FASTER Web using valid credentials. If the login credentials are not valid after 5 login attempts, the user account gets locked.

To unlock a user account

1.    Open the Manage Users page.

2.    Click the View link next to the username.

The User Account page opens.

3.    Click the Unlock Account link.

The user account gets unlocked.

Note: If Authentication Provider is enabled, this section is not available for Authentication Provider user. This section is available only for non-Authentication Provider users.
