The Warning for Possible Comeback Repair Settings section lets you configure settings to validate if an asset has a repair repeated on its work orders within specified number of days. When adding or editing a repair on a work order in Maintenance > Add a Repair or Edit Repair dialog boxes, the system validates the repair with the configured values in Warning for Possible Comeback Repair Settings. It matches Repair Level to Compare value and looks back for completed repairs from Date In until Number of Days to Review. If there’s a match, a pop-up message alerting of a repeat repair is displayed.
