To keep this technician on the clock but allow another technician to log on using the same computer, click the Back to TWS Sign In button at the top right of the screen.

Note:
If you click Back to TWS Sign In, and if the cost for a work order reaches its limit, the TWSWeb message box is displayed to request authorization for the exceeded spending limit by sending an email to the approver.
Only after the spending limit is approved, another technician can log on.
