Beginning an Indirect Activity Upon Sign In

Indirect labor activity is not directly connected or considered with a Work Order, such as Administration, Training, Meetings, Breaks, Shop Clean-up, etcetera. This is also known as non-productive time.

Begin an Indirect Activity on Sign In

To begin an Indirect Activity
  1. Sign In to TWS.
  2. Click the Begin an Indirect Activity button to the right of the screen.
  1. Select the appropriate Activity.

Note:

  • To page through the list, use the arrows at the bottom of the screen.
  • The system begins calculating your Indirect time as soon as you select an Activity.
