Viewing Messages

You can view the messages received related to the work orders.

Tip

To view the My Work Order Repair page, click the My Work Order Repair link.

Steps to view messages
  1. Sign In to TWS.
  2. Select and Begin a Repair or Add a New Repair.
  1. Click the Messages button to the right of the Work Order Repair screen.

Note:

  • You can view the messages, only if the spending limit for that work order is not exceeded.
  • If you click the Messages button, and the work order cost reaches its limit, the TWSWeb message box is displayed to request authorization for the exceeded spending limit by sending an email to the approver.
  • Only after the spending limit is approved, you can view messages.

  

Messages

  1. To display Read as well as Unread messages, select the Show All Messages button.
  1. Select the Show button next to any message you wish to view.
  2. When finished with a message, select the Close button to return to the Messages screen.
  3. To exit, select the Back to My Repairs button.
