User Permissions

The dashboard displays 12 key performance indicators (KPIs) and landing page charts of all the modules in FASTER Web. Permissions need to be setup based on what Dashboards can be seen by each user.

Note: You can view the module landing page charts only if you have permissions to use the modules. For example, if you have permissions to the Maintenance module but not to the Fuel module, you can view only the Maintenance module landing page chart in dashboard.

Steps to set up Dashboard permissions

1. On the Setup Tab, expand Manage Security and click on Roles.

2. Click the View link next to the appropriate role.

3. Clicking the Edit link, then select the check box next to each permission you would like to allow for that role.

4. Now assign Modules and Roles to your users under Manage Accounts>Users.
5. Click the View link next to the user you want to add a Dashboard module and specific Dashboard role to.
