Indirect labor is the time a technician spends on tasks other than a repair such as lunch, meeting, or clean up that does not account to labor cost.
You can record the indirect labor transactions from the Add an Indirect Labor Transaction link or the transactions are automatically recorded when the technician completes an indirect labor activity from the Technician Workstation (TWS) portal.
Note: You can add indirect labor transactions only for the previous and the current date and time. |
