TipThe search functionality available on the Fuel module helps you to find the fuel transactions in FASTER Web. In the fuel search, use the following search criteria to refine your search:
· Asset Number - Searches fuel transactions by asset number
· Fuel Site Code - Searches fuel transactions by fuel site code
· Fuel Dispenser Code - Searches fuel transactions by fuel dispenser code
· Fuel Type Code - Searches fuel transactions by fuel type code
After performing the search operation, you can view fuel transaction, edit fuel transaction or add new transaction.

Note: · The search functionality on the Fuel module supports partial matches. For example, a search for 456 displays the records containing 456 anywhere in the asset number, fuel site code, dispenser code, or fuel type code. · You can select the Exact Match check box to exactly match the search result with the search parameter. |
Tip
To view Search Fuel, click the Search Fuel link.
1. In the Search Fuel section, select Asset Number, Fuel Site Code, Fuel Dispenser Code, or Fuel Type Code as search parameter.
2. Type a whole or partial asset number, fuel site code, fuel dispenser code, or fuel type code.
3. Press Enter or click Search (
).
Note: To narrow the search results based on multiple search parameters, click the Advanced Search link.
4. The search results are displayed in one of the following ways:
§ If there is only one result that matches the search value, the Fuel Transaction details opens.
§ If there are multiple results that match the search value, the Advanced Search Options - Fuel window opens. Narrow the search results using the advanced search options, and then click View to open a fuel transaction.
