Repair Code Reference Report

Purpose

Provides a comprehensive list of all repair type combinations in the FASTER System. Use this report to:

• Review codes in the system for editing and/or deleting.
• Use the text search feature to search for a word or words in the description.
• Compare similar codes for editing or deleting.

Provides

• Group, Component, and Action descriptions from the Repair Code.

• Descriptions of each code.

Running the Report

Steps to view a report

1. Click the Reports tab.

The Standard window opens.

2. In the Setup section, click Repair Code Reference Report.

3. In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.

Required parameters are indicated by an *.

4. Click on the View Report button.
5. Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.
6. Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.
7. To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

Exporting the Report

Steps to export a report to another program

1. Click the Export button.
2. Select the appropriate format.

This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
