Viewing Asset Identification Details of a Work Order

The Asset Identification section on the Master tab displays the details of the asset for which the work order is created. Asset identification includes identification details such as asset number, year, make, model, class, and other details such as usage codes, open work orders, preventive measures and scheduled actions, meter reading, and the parent assigned to asset.

Tip

To view the Asset Identification section, click the Asset Identification link.

To view asset identification details of a work order

1. Search and view the work order.

2. On the Master tab, expand the Asset Identification section by clicking .

The asset identification details are displayed.

Note:

· The Open Work Order section displays the last three open work orders of the asset. Click a Document Number link to view the details of the work order.

· The Last PM/SA section displays the details of the last preventive measure or the scheduled activity performed on the asset.

· The Last Meter Reading section displays the last meter reading of the asset.

· The Parent section displays the asset number and the organization of the parent assigned to the asset.

· The details displayed in the Asset Identification section can be modified only from the Assets tab.
