Viewing Asset Standard Specification Details of a Work Order

The Asset Standard Specifications section on the Master tab displays the standard specification details of the asset for which the work order is created. Standard specification of an asset includes engine details, fuel type, tire and transmission.

Tip

To view the Asset Standard Specifications section, click the Asset Standard Specifications link.

To view asset standard specification details of a work order

1.    Search and view the work order.

2.    On the Master tab, expand the Asset Standard Specifications section by clicking.

The standard specification containing the details such as engine type, fuel type, transmission, and tire are displayed.

Note: The details displayed in the Asset Standard Specifications section can be modified only from the Asset tab. For more information on asset information, refer to the Assets chapter.

Note:

·       The Open Work Order section displays the last three open work orders of the asset. Click a Document Number link to view the details of the work order.

·       The Last PM/SA section displays the details of the last preventive measure or the scheduled activity performed on the asset.

·       The Last Meter Reading section displays the last meter reading of the asset.

·       The Parent section displays the asset number and the organization of the parent assigned to the asset.

·       The details displayed in the Asset Identification section can be modified only from the Assets tab.
