In the Advanced Search Options - Accounting page, the Search Results section displays the results for the provided Search/Advanced Search parameters. From the Search Results section, you can view the complete information of each account.
The Account page displays the following section:
Note: For a System default Account, the account Identification section and the Budget Information section are set to read-only. This System Default Account is automatically selected while creating budget line item for purchase orders and credit cards if the Support System Default Account Code option in the Accounting Settings section of the Setup module is set to Yes. |
In the Account page, you can perform the following:

To view the Account page, click the Account link.
The Account page displays the account information and budget information of the account.
1. Click the Accounting module.
2. Search the account that you want to edit via simple Search or Advanced Search.
3. In the Action column, click the View link next to the account.
The Account page displays the account identification information and budget information.
The Identification section displays the account information such as Account Number, Account Name and Account Status. In this section, you can view and edit the account information.
1. View the account that you want to edit.
2. In the Identification section, click the Edit Identification link.
The Edit Account Information dialog box opens.
3. Update the account information, as required.
