Custom Spec Accounts Report

Purpose

A report showing account numbers located on the custom spec panel of the asset inventory page. The report includes percentages of charges for each asset and account number. You can use this report to:

• Find assets without account numbers

• Find assets where total percentages do not equal 100%

• Review assigned account numbers

Provides

• All asset numbers

• All account numbers

• All account number percentages

When To Run

As needed.

Running the Report

Steps to view a report

1. Click the Reports tab.

The Standard window opens.

2. In the Accounting section, click Custom Spec Accounts.
3. In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.

Required parameters are indicated by an *.

4. Click the View Report button in the upper right of the screen.

5. Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.  
6. Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.
7. To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

Exporting the Report

Steps to export a report to another program

1. Click the Export button.
2. Select the appropriate format.

This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
